<p>Rooted in the time-honoured imagery of Hindu mythology, the Sampati Prints in Multi from OKA take their name from Sampati, the mythical bird regarded as a guardian figure and a symbol of divine grace, redemption and the restoration of strength. The artwork looks to the antique chintz cloths of India, a long-established textile tradition in which flowers and birdlife were rendered in intricate detail. Each image rests against a softly aged ground, lending the set an understated sense of history and craft. Made in China, these paper prints suit any living space.</p>
