Blanc De Blancs

Laurent-Perrier has long chosen Chardonnay as the dominant grape in all of its white Cuvees, and the house helped to establish the zero dosage, Brut Nature category. Its Blanc De Blancs is the product of that enduring tradition. By refining its understanding of this demanding method of vinification and ageing the grape with patience, the house has created a champagne of understated purity, one in which the character of Chardonnay is left to speak for itself. Bottled without a sweetening dosage, it suits a table that calls for a dry, pure sparkling wine.
